1. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged item or something you didn't order, please contact us via WhatsApp at +65 8150 2868 within 24 hours of receiving your order. Kindly include a photo for faster assistance.

2. Perishable Goods Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges once the items have been picked up or delivered.

3. Order Amendments
For any changes to your order, please reach out at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery or pickup. We'll do our best to accommodate, but changes are subject to availability.
